Fool meaning in a reading of Tarot.
"Extravagance, folly, extremes and foolishness. Listen to your lessons. Beware of your foolishness.
It may mean a rise to a higher spiritual realm."
Reversed : Subjecting yourself by allowing folly.
As mentioned earlier I'd never advise that anyone let a deck of cards tell you what to do. Oracles are used for insight.
There are rules for reading and techniques concerning the make up of each card also.
Actually there are a multitude of details. Not only to the person handling the cards but also to the person asking the question.
Not only the basic information of the card but the associated related data as well and whether it mixes with the rest of the cards given in a particular reading.
Tarot cards commonly don't just mean what they appear to mean. Strongly evidenced by the Death card.
Which rarely actually means the absence or loss of life or DEATH as we see it.
That's more commonly given by the Ten of Swords.
A good reader will also take into account the stability of the person that asked the question.
There are many subtle undercurrents that'll have an effect on the accuracy of any outcome and/or future (pushing the pencil.)
The way that you can tell the difference of a meaning, when a card gives a few meanings, is to look at the essence of the question, as a basic.
Was the question a spiritual question or a physical question?
In the case of the card at hand if it was a spiritual question, then the answer deals with a rise to a higher spiritual realm.
If the question was a physical question, then the answer is extravagance, folly etc. Another curiosity is how the answer applies.
For instance: You ask/think, What if I move to Italy? Now you draw the Fool card. Since you are dealing with a physical question the answer is extravagance, folly, etc.
Spiritual questions are about things you can't touch, emotions, faith, connection to God or love, is all spiritual types of questions.
Physical questions are about things you can touch, physically. Now if you asked the same question differently: What if I move to Italy to find my true soul mate.
Then that would be more spiritually involved and you would have to decipher if the moving or the love were the more important part, of the
issue. But it's easy to be confused in that how does this folly apply?
Is it folly to ask this question? Or is it folly to move?
Spiritually it is a great answer, physically it isn't.
If the answer is not a foreseeable positive or obvious for you then, I'd advise, that you ask again but this time, more specifically.
Once again you're looking for insight and advise in a positive or negative aspect concerning the question.
Of course it could work out more positive for the nature of your personal development but also more negative for your sex life.
After all she doesn't have to walk the same path that you've chosen. If she isn't ready it does no good to try to force her onto the path of enlightenment.
It's also not up to me to tell you who you are and what you should feel. Or even what the two of you mean to each other. That's not my job. It's yours.
As we continue forward to cover the upcoming issues of these details on each particular card.
The products of nature will be addressed as they mix here on the physical plane and reflect that which exists in the spiritual.
It's considered that when this information was first put together that a person studying it (or allowed to study in ancient times) was chosen and
that years would be devoted to a single area of reference. The area(s) that I haven't thoroughly addressed are going to be covered bit by bit in each of the upcoming chapters.
These are areas concerning wavelengths and vibrations, color, sound or intonation.
Mankind carries two common failings within their nature, men more than women.
There are those that are color-blind and those that are tone-deaf.
Here again is one of the more cryptic clues that'll need to be addressed over time and relation to other details.
