Egyptian Hieroglyph: Twisted Reed, Shelter

You will also see the h depicted as a fence in the Egyptian hieroglyphs (two rows of squares above an below each other).

These are the letters of the ancients and like so many other details of the long past you can explain the reasons and where fore's for these things but it's all just conjecture.

The twisted reed was used for everything from furniture, clothing, baskets and whips.

The consideration of the shelter and all that was inside the home in that era is an important thought.

It's your personal considerations and opinions that form the gravity and worth of your own thoughts and beliefs.

Here we have associations to binding and strengthening and also protecting and sheltering from over 3000 years ago.

I won't get into the possibilities and reasons these two represent H as they are all hypotheses and worthless in my opinion.

The true value is the considered essence of the thing and what it stands for.
