This suggests to me that the four elements are now balanced. this card truce is the law of the highest (jupiter) in balance of the indivuals perception of it (libra). therefore a coming to terms with the macrocosm & microcosm, man & god. You have the agreement of the Sun and Rain to work with your garden on a regular basis. It is more than just the knowledge of things. But the combined use of that knowledge. With the actual laws of the universe It is agreed that fire will burn as well come to know. Come to truce.
