Secret of Physical Strength

I was just mentioning this issue in the last chapter and there is a reason that these meld together from one to the next. Physical strength can be very deceptive.

You can see someone with huge muscles be totally out-maneuvered and overpowered by someone with a small frame and much smaller muscles and this is an obvious part of that

power on a physical level.

Then there is also the obvious where I have seen a much smaller (physically) person than I am with thicker arms lift 200 lbs with one arm where I could not handle that much

weight with both arms, without ending with a limp.

So the point here is that you're capable of far more in the realm of physical strength than you might believe.

Don't go running out lifting heavy objects to check a point with this one you'll probably end up limping.

There are the accounts of a person actually lifting (rolling) a car off of someone when they had a jolt of adrenaline during an emergency situation and this concept is somewhat

applicable but not really the point here. Everything mentioned up until this point in this book has to do with the development of power.

This power has many aspects that are attached to it and each of these aspects being fortified by their counter-parts.

Knowing the make-up of an engine can help you to work on that engine effectively, if you need to.

With the right combination of energies a person can move some (seemingly) insurmountable obstacles.

I would tell you that all you have to do is believe but I'm not a televangelist. The funny thing is that's all it takes (sometimes) for a phenomenon to occur.

But most of the time we have to do our time in the study and practice of a system to apply the knowledge of the technology to see what results will actually happen for us or go to a

church once a week and thank your Creator for the help and expect that when death gets ya that you did a good enough job to get a good vacation from life.

The energies that can be transmitted through the body can be extreme (like the tangible feelings in a dream) and the forces that can be projected are quite effective.

Yes I am talking about unseen energies that you feel all day and everyday, every waking and also every sleeping second of your existence.

I bring this up here because it has a great vitality to your work on this planet and it has to do directly with the secret of physical strength.

Not to be confused with the strength of the physical body itself.

The unseen works can work wonders and to my observation their performance is better left unmentioned before, during and after the work is done.

In other words if you're going to help someone ritualistically you shouldn't go running up to them and tell them you are going to help them.

If you perform a ritual of some kind it may be written about (journalized) but for no ones eyes but the creator of the action (yourself).

Sure, I'm one to talk but I'm not actually transcribing my journals here at all in this book and am also forced to be open in ways I would not commonly be due to the nature of this

book. I am talking about projecting force in one direction or another for whatever the reason.

I would say that the secret is knowing your center.

Much confusion I see is that in order to come to know something there has to be an exercise or usage of the thing and merely thinking of it is the beginning of the process but not

enough to complete the reality in the physical. Like someone studying the center in martial arts has to spar to apply the knowledge of balance and leverage and actually keep their

balance and center physically or the artist applying paint to the canvas and applying a visual center projected from a steady hand which is also balanced and centered through focus

and direction which is portrayed through the thoughts of the artist, martial or otherwise my point is; application equating to experience and realize there is no real experience without

actually being there and doing that.

Fortunately the next best thing is reading about it.

This is a main reason I encourage experimentation even if you see no actual immediate results you are still exercising your center.

Look at a tree then the trunk then a branch the a twig then a leaf and in this way you are also exercising your center but for each their own when it comes to the outlets of creation

for people in general.
