"How to recall dreams."
You
start out by deciding that you want to.
You
will decide that when you start to wake up
that
you will remember what you were just looking at a
minute before.
Then
you get a pad of paper and pen and place it immediately at
hand of where you sleep.
Then
you decide that you will wake up at any given moment
at night.
(And write down what you were just
looking at or experiancing.)
You
will decide to
remember an hour ago from waking.
Even
though you may not do these things, it helps to
decide that you want to.
If
an attempt is made a reaction is unavoidable.
At
times it may be like watching grass grow.
But
at others, it's like watching a waterfall.
And
sometimes under the waterfall!
What
I mean to say is that once you begin.
It
will occur more and more often.
But
only with your directed
focus,
will
anything occur, at all.
