Stand facing East. You make the sign of the cross. Top to bottom first, then the shoulders.You cross from right to left at the shoulder area as you make this cross you speak (vibrate) words upon each touch.You touch yourself four times in the cross.On the first touch (fore head) "vibrate" the word "AhhToowH"(Thine Is) (with an "o" like in "go") On the second touch (low as comfortably possible)"vibrate" the word "Mallkuuth" (Mahlkoot)(The Kingdom)On the third touch (right shoulder) you "vibrate" the word "Vay-gay-boo-rah"(And the Power)On the fourth touch (left shoulder) you "vibrate" the word "Vay-gay-doo-lah"(And the Glory)Bringing your hands together at the chest "vibrate" "Lay ooh laaahmmm"(For all Eternity)"Aaahhmmmmaaaannn" or "Aaahhmmmmeeehhhnnn"(AMEN)

On the first touch you should envision the brightest possible light that enters from the top of your position. As you create the cross and speak the words "draw" the brightness through you, from above. As your hand moves to the second touch, see the light blaze through your "body" and at the second word/touch, sense the light bolting down, through you, through to the ends of the universe. On the third touch (your right shoulder) you will be standing within a brilliant shaft of light and as you draw (from the center of your chest) the light, see it shoot out to your right side, to infinity. On the fourth touch (your left shoulder) still standing within a brilliant shaft of light and as you draw (from the right side postition) the light, see it shoot out to your left side, to infinity. Now you are standing within a brilliant cross of light, blazing in space. And as you bring your hands together, and speak the final words, see a huge flux of light blast from the center of your being to all directions of the universe. And on the final word (AMEN) see a huge pulse of brilliance, expand throughout the universe from the center of the cross, which you have just created.

Now at this point you are standing with you hands folded at the center of your chest. (With either your eyes closed and your head either chin up or bowed in honor.)Extend your blade or finger on right hand and cross your body (pointing down and to the lower left in front of you) This is where you start your first pentegram. (Still faceing East)As you draw the first line of the pentegram envision the brilliant neon blue of the line as you draw it.(There is really only one line that angles four times and starts and begins at the same place.)After finishing drawing the first pentegram pull both hands back to your chest and then thrust them together (with forefingers pointed) through the center of the pentegram, while stepping your left foot forward and vibrate the word "Yod-He-Vau-He", (the "He" is pronounced as "Hay")(Keep your hands extented through the center of the star as you 'vibrate' and as you step back drop only your left hand, keeping your right, dagger,stick etc', extended while you take your left foot back to center.)
Now you stand with your right hand pointing east and you have just vibrated the word for RAPHAEL (Rah-Fay-ahl) to respond to and you 'See' the bright yellow and neon blue of the garments of the Archangel of Air and you should sense the powers of the wind and air.Stand for a moment and sense the energy of the Angel.

Now with your arm still extended turn to your right one quarter turn (to the South) and see a bright white line connecting from the center of your first bright neon blue star and when you reach the south draw your second pentegram just as you drew the first.And once again thrust your arms through the center, stepping forward with your left foot while vibrating "Ah-Doh-Neye", and hold for a moment, then keeping your right arm extended, step back to center.Now you stand with your right hand pointing south and you have just vibrated the word for MICHAEL (Mick-aye-ahl) to respond to and you 'See' the bright red and neon green of the garments of the Archangel of Fire and you should sense the powers of the fire and electrical.Stand for a moment and sense the energy of the Angel.

Now with your arm still extended turn to your right one quarter turn (to the West) and see the bright white line connecting from the center of your second bright neon blue star and when you reach the west draw your third pentegram just as you drew the first two.And once again thrust your arms through the center, stepping forward with your left foot while vibrating "Eyhh-Hehh-Yahh", and hold for a moment, then keeping your right arm extended, step back to center.Now you stand with your right hand pointing west and you have just vibrated the word for GABRIEL (Gah-Brey-ahl) to respond to and you 'See' the bright deep blue and neon orange of the garments of the Archangel of Water and you should sense the powers of the water and magnetic.Stand for a moment and sense the energy of the Angel.

Now with your arm still extended turn to your right one quarter turn (to the North) and see the bright white line connecting from the center of your third bright neon blue star and when you reach the west draw your third pentegram just as you drew the first two.And once again thrust your arms through the center, stepping forward with your left foot while vibrating "Ahh-Gahh-Lawh", and hold for a moment, then keeping your right arm extended, step back to center.Now you stand with your right hand pointing north and you have just vibrated the word for AURIEL (Ohw-Ree-ahl) to respond to and you 'See' the rich deep burgundy and black and neon citrus and russet of the garments of the Archangel of Earth and you should sense the powers of the Earth and the material.Stand for a moment and sense the energy of the Angel.

Now continue to complete the circle of light with another quarter turn, to the east.See the circle seal and step back to center.Standing very erect, head up, raise your arms, to form a cross.Say "Before me, Rah-Fay-ahl, Behind me, Gah-Brey-ahl, On my right hand, Mick-aye-ahl and on my left hand, Ohw-Ree-ahl."(then spread your feet out, with arms still out stretched(human pentegram)) and say "For about me flames the pentegram!"(see the pentegram blaze around you) and say "And within me shines the six rayed star!" And see the star form within you expand from the center and illuminate the entire universe)

Now at this point you are standing with your arms and feet outstretched, "blazing".This is where I speak the words of the time.Commonly stateing:"Powerful and ancient spirits of the invisible universe.Please look into my heart and through my whole being and know why I have called you.Please protect and empower this child of our creator.Help this child come to know and achieve the great work.I ask/command this a a creation/child of the devine master that has created all things."

These words should be spoken with intensity and power, in full knowledge of the facts.The facts of which you have spoken.
Now is when you continue your "ritual of purpose."Now to end the LBRP you repeat the Cabalistic Cross and be sure that prior to leaving the circle that you watch yourself come back fully into your physical body. Back down through the clouds and back into the room and fully back behind your eyes and then after opening your eyes fully, breath in and "see" the circle absorb into you and know that it will always be within.Now take your left hand finger and raise it to your lips and at the same time lightly stamp your left foot when your finger touches your lips.(The sign of silence).
And then leave the circle.
